The Odd Lot

- What it is: one product called "The Odd Lot", with its own page and a real inventory count. When it sells out, it shows as sold out or you set it back to draft.
- How people find it: by email first, since the list gets it before anyone else. After a day or two, add a small link in the footer and a line on the Vault page, where past drops already live.
- Why not the Shop menu: a permanent menu link promises it's always there. On the months you have nothing left over, it becomes a dead link, and a standing "leftovers" section makes the drops look like they don't sell.
- Why not the drop menu: it sits next to the thing it undercuts. You don't want someone choosing between this month's drop at full price and last month's leftovers.
