Responsibility for Information
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Any extra fees due to errors or outdated addresses will be charged to you. Honor Initiative is also not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Shipping Notifications
You'll receive a shipping notification email once your order is marked as "fulfilled." If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. Delivery times may extend during holidays and sales due to high volume.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. We aim for quick delivery via USPS, with most orders shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the shipping notification. We process rush orders on the next business day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
International Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Shipping fees for orders under $100 vary based on location and carrier. Orders are typically shipped within one business day (Mon-Fri) if placed before 10:00AM CT. Deliveries usually take 7 to 10 business days post-shipping notification, but allow up to 21 days due to customs. We cannot track or locate packages delayed in customs. Delays with international shipments are often due to customs processing. All shipping rates include insurance and are determined by the carrier. Be aware that customs in your country may impose taxes or duties on your order, which are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility.
