Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Honor Initiative. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have one year from the date of purchase to return an item if you are unsatisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@honorinitiative.com with "Return" in the subject line. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please expect to receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, you will be responsible for your original purchase shipping costs as well as return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, as of September 1, 2024 we will no longer issue returns/refunds to international shipments.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

Refund requests after one year will be processed as store credit.

Restrictions

No returns on samples and/or sample packs.
No returns for worn and/or washed clothing items, including hats.
No refunds on shipping fees.
No refunds for any international shipments.

No refunds for dislike of smell or "weak" scent. Our product fragrance ratios adhere strictly to the International Fragrance Association's (IFRA) guidelines.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the return or exchange is due to an error by Honor Initiative’s Fulfillment Team.
